Client Responsibility

SanovaTax is not responsible for delays, penalties, errors, additional fees, or filing issues caused by incomplete, inaccurate, false, or delayed information provided by the client.

Appointments and Consultations

Consultations require advance payment at the time of booking, per our refund policy below. A consultation does not guarantee a specific tax result, refund amount, IRS response, approval, penalty removal, or business outcome.

Refunds and Cancellations

Consultations require advance payment at the time of booking.

If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will receive a full refund automatically.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are not eligible for a refund.

If SanovaTax cancels your appointment, you will receive a full refund.

To cancel, use the cancellation link in your confirmation email or contact us at team@sanovatax.com.

Payments

Fees must be paid according to the terms provided at the time of booking, invoicing, or service agreement.

We reserve the right to pause, delay, or decline services if payment is not received as agreed.
